Genevieve DeLorme Attard’s art has been a continuous process throughout her life, allowing her to express her love for the beauty that surrounds her. She grew up in the Flathead Valley of Northwestern Montana, surrounded by the inspiration of mountains, wildlife, and wildflowers. Art became her path of experiencing adventures in a deeper way. It helped her look at landscapes with a different scope, and take note of all the beautiful details and colors that often go unnoticed.

Painting allows her to step back and to be still in an ever-changing and rushing world, and to appreciate all that God has given us. She has also discovered that painting is possibly one of the greatest ways to appreciate a place. Creating has become the medium for her to show reverence and connect with the Creator of the world. Ultimately, Genevieve is deeply grateful for the ability to share through her work the way she sees the world—in vivid color, with life and intentionality in every detail.
