Bozeman Pond Boulder
Located behind Ace Hardware west of downtown, this was the first rock that Stronghold built. It is similar to granite, with several different cracks, a few face problems, as well as a chimney.

East Gallatin Recreation Area Boulder
This boulder is in the park by Bozeman Beach, and has many small finger pockets and crimpy holds, like the limestone that surrounds much of the Bozeman area.

Depot Park Boulder
In a small park near the old train depot on the northeast side of town, this boulder feels similar to conglomerate rock.

Langohr Park Boulder
The first boulder in Bozeman, “the Gallagator Boulder” was built by Tony Yaniro and is on the south side of the park.

Gallatin County Regional Park Boulders
Next to the ever-popular Dinosaur Park are a large and a small boulder. They are the easiest of all the Bozeman boulders, and are perfect for beginners and kids.   

 

MSU Boulder

Located on Roskie Beach, the boulder is near Yellowstone Hall, MSU’s new 400-bed freshman dorm to be completed in summer 2016.
