Little Bobcat Volleyball Program

Saturday Sep. 21st, 2013

The Montana State volleyball team is looking for kids grades 1-8 to be part of the Little Bobcat program. Participants will take part in three volleyball sessions throughout the fall, receive a Little Bobcat t-shirt, and receive two tickets to a MSU match the day of lesson.

As part of a MSU outreach program, participants will have the opportunity to work with the Bobcat volleyball players on skills, as well as showcase what they learn at intermission of the Bobcat volleyball home match against Eastern Washington on Nov. 2.

“Our goal has always been to grow the game in Montana and especially in our own community,” said second-year head coach Kyle Weindel. “This program allows young volleyball players and fans to have fun with the game, interact with our players and learn a little about the game.”

The program, which is free to all participants, will be held Sept. 21, Oct. 12 and Nov. 2. Little Bobcat club members are also invited to attend MSU’s Blue/Gold scrimmage on Sunday, Aug. 25 at 2 p.m. Pizza will be provided to Little Bobcat participants following the match.
