Sola cooking classes and workshops

Sola Café & Bakery is pleased to introduce its newest leadership team member, Claudia Krevat, of Claudia’s Mesa, who will be directing and coordinating Sola’s forthcoming cooking classes and workshops, heading wholesale and catering sales, and coordinating Sola’s special community and art events.

Claudia Krevat comes to Sola Café and Bakery with a wide experience in global cuisine through her boutique catering company, traveling cooking school, and her line of retail products sold at the local markets.

Sola’s approach to cooking instruction is through demonstration and hands on participation; through its extensive selection of classes, ranging from global and regional cuisine to whole foods, pastry and artisan bread making, adult and children participation, the chefs provide expertise and leadership in the Bozeman community and incorporate whole foods and fresh ingredients in each and every class.

July’s cooking class calendar is available online at Upcoming classes include guest chef, Linda Huang of Hummingbird’s Kitchen, whose unique approach to teaching Chinese and Thai cuisine empowers each participant to prepare these healthy, fast and fresh meals. We are also very pleased to introduce Janice Feuer Haugen, from Everyday Healthy! Everyday Delicious! Chef, writer and food photographer, Janice is known for her healthy approach to cooking.

In addition to public classes and workshops, Claudis will be booking Sola’s private parties for corporate events, teambuilding, home parties, bridal showers and book clubs.
