Emerson’s Pottery Class for Kids
The Emerson is offering a pottery class for kids ages 7-12 with ceramic artist Vanessa Rogers.The projects include clay masks, wind chimes and vessels. The 3-day class is offered July19,20 & 21st from 9 am – noon in the Emerson’s Senska Pottery, Annex Room # 290. Check out the examples of the kids’ projects and Vanessa sculptural vessels in the Emerson’s Mud RoomGallery in Galleria Hall, south wing of the Emerson. Vanessa Rogers has taught children and adult pottery classes for the Emerson for over six years. She earned a BA in Fines arts from Humboldt State University and is a Big Sister.
