Longest Day of Trails
A huge thank you to everyone who participated in the fifth annual Longest Day of Trails on Friday, June 24th headquartered at Montana Ale Works!!!
The Longest Day of Trails is a dawn-to-dusk membership drive for Gallatin Valley Land Trust (GVLT) held at Montana Ale Works (MAW). This year from 5am until 10pm over 125 riders came out to enjoy leisurely paced rides (lead by cyclist on the GAS/ Intrinsik Architecture team) and were introduced to the Main Street to the Mountains trail system. Over 40 children and families came down for the kids loop! Jawbone Railroad donated their time to play wonderful live music on the outside patio. Pascal Beauvais and Sonya Iverson donated their time to capture the day on film. We are SO grateful to all of our supporters!!!
Montana Ale Works donated over 150 $20 gift certificates!! To the staff at MAW – your dedication and support of GVLT is SO inspiring. Thank you for the good humor in the rain and staying up late to feed all those awesome cyclists and supporters.
Huge THANK YOUs to all the volunteers! To the GAS/Intrinsik Architecture team, thank you for your help in planning the day and leading all the loops – a special thanks to Jason Delmue and Bill Cochran! And to all the volunteers who worked the ground : Dan Jones, Adelle Donohue, Molly Pickall, Russell Griggs, Heidi Balus, Anna Geraert, Krista Burdick, Lessa Racow, Laurie Shammel, Michealanne Beighley, Shannon Willoughby, Sam Bloomquist, Teri Inscoe, Mary Anthony, and Cheryl Eiholzer! Thank you for your time, smiles, support, and teaching others about the importance of GVLT in their community!
