Today the Old Hatchery Winery is located between college and 19th ave, across from the Gallatin Valley Mall. The winery specializes in grapes from the Northwest, carrying six local wines: Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Chardonnay '07 & '10, Viognier and Chenin Blanc. In addition to the wine selection there is a menu of seasonal sangrias, including red, white, mojito, raspberry lemonade and black cherry.
