Outdoor GYROKINESIS® For Your Heart

Introducing GYROKINESIS® for cardiovascular health. Friday meetup at the Dinosaur Park Pavillion. This is movement for anyone who can sit on a stool & stand up. Erin teaches the coordination of breath with movement. Optional park-walk afterwards.
