Tools for sleeping well: Discovering the gift of rest

Dr. Peter Holmes & Dr. Susan Williams propose that good sleep is an art form that many of us have to learn. In this workshop, they will set out a range of factors that contribute to poor quality sleep and offer suggestions about how sleep can be improved. This workshop is taught from a Biblical perspective and will be equally helpful to people with or without an active Christian faith.
