Your Choice River for Fishing

FIRST PLACE: Madison
SECOND PLACE: Gallatin
THIRD PLACE: Yellowstone

The Yellowstone River may have been hurt by summer closures this year, dropping to third place and opening the top spot for the Madison. From its origin in Yellowstone Park to its confluence with the Gallatin and Jefferson rivers at Three Forks, the Madison is a haven for fishing. At times it opens into large floatable sections and at others it’s a perfect trout stream for the wading enthusiast. But the Madison is always good fishing!
