In this workshop, we will be working with choreographer, dancer, and author Mary Overlie’s Viewpoints to ground ourselves in body and movement. This can help us to free ourselves from overthinking and lean into the playfulness of improv. Work through scenes physically and using spontaneity. No prior movement experience is necessary. Please wear comfortable clothes and sneakers. Ages 12+ welcome.
