Each class starts with a quick review of basic steps and then moves into learning a few choreographed dances set to a variety of music—from country favorites to more modern tunes. You can expect a relaxed, welcoming atmosphere where instructors break the dances down step-by-step, making it easy to follow along. 

No partner is needed—just comfortable shoes and a willingness to have a good time while getting a little exercise along the way.
