Join us for an in-person Parent University on Navigating Emotional Territory with your Adolescent with Maria Munro-Schuster. Parenting an adolescent can introduce new, and sometimes challenging, emotional territory into your relationship. In this workshop, you'll learn how to attune to your own and your child's nervous system, develop insight into what their emotions and behaviors might be trying to tell you, and discover ways to authentically reconnect after rupture.
