Blue Moon
Set on the evening of March 31, 1943, the film follows legendary lyricist Lorenz Hart (Hawke) as he wrestles with self-doubt and loss at Sardi’s bar—just as his former collaborator Richard Rodgers (Scott) celebrates the opening night of Oklahoma!.
Written by Robert Kaplow, Blue Moon is an intimate, gorgeously crafted character study full of wit, heartbreak, and sharp dialogue.
