The Gallatin Valley’s most anticipated home design event, the Bozeman Parade of Homes, returns this fall for a three-day celebration of Montana architecture, building, design, and community. Proudly hosted by the Southwest Montana Building Industry Association (SWMBIA) and Bozeman Real Estate Group, the Parade invites the public to step inside some of the region’s most extraordinary homes while supporting the next generation of Montana builders. With generous support from major sponsors Stockman Bank, Montana Title & Escrow, and Security Title Company, the 2025 Parade of Homes is more than a showcase of Bozeman’s finest homes, it’s a community event with a purpose. This year, every ticket sold makes an impact. 100% of proceeds benefit the SWMBIA Cares Scholarship Program, supporting select trades at Gallatin College. For just $10 per ticket, attendees are investing in local students pursuing careers in trades, helping to ensure a strong, skilled workforce for Bozeman’s future.
