Join us at Headwaters Academy for a presentation that will help parents understand the changes and challenges of adolescence. We’ll explore how physical growth, emotions, social dynamics, and brain development shape middle schoolers’ experiences. Parents will leave with practical strategies to support healthy growth, resilience, and well-being. The session is led by Dr. Jessica Gerthe, Assistant Professor of Counseling at MSU and licensed counselor specializing in adolescent development and mental health. It is free and open to the public.
