MSU Women’s Leadership Conference

This year, we’ve partnered with Montana Festival to offer an opportunity to attend both events back to back. Kick off your week with us on Tuesday; a day filled with inspiring talks on "Authentic and Emerging Leadership", followed on Wednesday by access to Montana Festival, where you’ll hear from legislators, entrepreneurs, and influential voices shaping Montana’s future. Tickets sold separately for MT Fest, but we will have a few at our Silent Auction; more details to come!

Our 2025 conference promises to be unforgettable! As we continue our tradition of excellence, we’ve gathered a fabulous lineup of speakers, including our Morning Keynote, Certified Facilitator and Podcast Host Karen McNenny, and our Feature Keynote, Leadership, Life and Team Building CoachAmanda McPherson. Prepare for a day of inspiration, education, and powerful storytelling.

As always, we’ll conclude with our signature Happy Hour and Silent Auction, featuring a range of exciting items to bid on. This year’s event will also feature a special presentation from our Women in Business chapter and a panel discussion with leading mental health experts from the Gallatin Valley.
