Explore MOR Adult Exploration Series: Fairy Lake Fossil Hike
All day | Fairy Lake, MT $20 member/$25 non-member Registration is required. Join Outreach Program Manager Ashley Hall for a day of exploring the backside of the beautiful Sacagawea Peak, in search of crinoids, corals, and stromatolites, full of 300-million-year-old ocean fossils in the Bridger Mountains. This hike will be strenuous and cover 5 miles on foot, with the option to summit Sacagawea Peak. Please wear sturdy hiking shoes, bring a sack lunch, and plenty of water, and dress appropriately for the weather.
