This Is Montana!

Lewis & Clark Caverns State Park is kicking off its summer interpretive programs with talks that highlight everything Montana's first state park has to offer.

May 24: Not Just A Cave

Although the park is famous for its caverns, there is so much more to Lewis & Clark Caverns State Park. On Friday, May 24, park staff will present "Not Just A Cave," highlighting the wildlife habitat, walking and biking trails, camping and many other attractions that make the park special. This talk will begin at 8 p.m. at the campground amphitheater.

May 25: This Is Montana!

State symbols represent what we love best about Montana. Learn about these symbols and how they represent this land and the people who live here during a talk on Saturday, May 25, entitled "This Is Montana!" The talk will begin at 8 p.m. at the campground amphitheater.

May 26: 6 Habitats Field Trip

On Sunday, May 26, park staff will host a "6 Habitats Field Trip," offering a journey through the six unique habitats found within the park. Visitors will meet at the main visitor center at 9 a.m., followed by visits to habitats in both the lower and upper areas of the park. The field trip will last approximately two hours.
