This initiative aims to ensure the safety of pets and community members by providing affordable access to essential vaccinations. Gallatin Veterinary Hospital firmly believes that every pet deserves protection against rabies, regardless of financial constraints, and they are committed to making this a reality.

This rabies clinic is tailored to serve low-income families and at-risk individuals, acknowledging the critical need for accessible pet care services. The hospital recognizes that many members in the community face challenges in accessing essential services, and they aim to bridge this gap.

Appointments will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis to ensure fairness for all participants. While scheduling an appointment is recommended, walk-ins will be accommodated to the best of the hospital team’s ability. However, the hospital strongly encourages scheduling an appointment as available slots are filling up rapidly. The hospital team urges the community to share this vital information with friends and family members who may benefit from the clinic. Additionally, community members have the opportunity to lend their support to the event by making donations to cover expenses for those unable to pay. Donations can be made by contacting the hospital or visiting in person. • Gallatin Veterinary Hospital will not screen for eligibility.
• The cost of $10 includes the rabies vaccination, rabies tag, and a veterinarian-conducted examination.
• Please note that any other services or vaccinations that may be due cannot be administered at this rabies clinic.
