BSF Ski Swap

The BSF Ski Swap will have new consignment software this year, which means you'll need to go online to register any items you plan to consign. It'll make dropoff way easier!

The BSF Ski Swap is an iconic part of Bozeman ski culture and features over 10,000 items for sale at the Gallatin County Fairgrounds the first weekend in November. It's the perfect place to sell old gear and find new-to-you gear. You'll also find new discounted ski gear from retailers.

BSF PERKS:

Community Nordic Trail Pass Holders get in early at 9 a.m. and you're invited to a pre-swap pancake breakfast.
BSF Members get in early at 9 a.m.
Ski Swap Volunteers get in extra early at 8 a.m. (must be a BSF member to volunteer).

DATES TO KNOW:

October 7: Volunteer Signup Opens (get your membership or trail pass now)

October 7 - November 1 (5pm): Preferred window for registering consignment items online at $1 per item. (After Nov 1 at 5pm, prices go up to $3 per item.)

October 31: BSF office hours for anyone who wants help with the computer system registering items.

November 4: Consignment drop off from 10 am - 7 pm. If you pre-registered your items, you'll just pick up your pre-printed tags and drop off items. We will have computers available for on-site registration of items; expect lines for this area.

November 5-6: SALE! (opens to the public at 10 a.m.)

Admission: $5 on Saturday. $2 on Sunday. (Children 12 & under are free.) Free admission after noon on Sunday!
