Mindfulness in Nature Series for Adults
Through solo and communal mindfulness practices, you’ll create pathways to settle your body and mind as you learn about and relate to the cycles of nature. Mindfulness practices will include somatic and breathing exercises, sensory meditations, sit spots, sharing gratitude and stories, and more.
Wednesdays, September 8, 15, 22, and 29, 5:30-7pm
One four-week session
Explore the natural directions of north, east, west, south
We will meet at the Sourdough Nature Trails for each of the 4 class meetings to deepen our connections to each other and one place
$60 per four-week session for MOSS Members (MOSS members use code MOSSmember1 at checkout - become a member)
$70 for non-members
