OUTDOOR HIIT into Stride
Thursdays at 12:15 PM, Tasha Oord will teach a High Intensity Interval Training class outside!
As a part of our Tails and Tales Summer Reading Program, we have a fun, free movement series outside this summer (July- September, weather depending) at lunchtime in Lindley Park! Join us for Yoga on Tuesdays, Qi gong on Wednesdays, and HIIT workout classes on Thursdays. Move your tails!
HIIT into Stride is a functional fitness class designed to condition your hiking and running performance! A series of functional strength exercises will be combined with optional, more advanced power moves. Please bring your own towel and workout mat.
About Tasha: I love to be on top of mountains, but I can only get there when I’m strong! That’s why I became a certified personal trainer with a variety of group exercise certifications and experiences with a focus on boot camp and suspension trainer workouts. My goal is to help people maximize their strength and even do things they thought were impossible.

- 5 minute warm-up
