OUTDOOR Yoga For All
Back by popular demand, we're offering Yoga for All Outside with Terra Grace on Tuesdays at 12:15 PM!
As a part of our Tails and Tales Summer Reading Program, we have a fun, free movement series outside this summer (July- September, weather depending) at lunchtime in Lindley Park! Join us for Yoga on Tuesdays, Qi gong on Wednesdays, and HIIT workout classes on Thursdays. Move your tails!
Terra is the owner of Terra Grace Wellness and has been teaching yoga for over 6 years. Terra has been practicing yoga for over 15 years and is an E-RYT 200, RYT 500 with Yoga Alliance. She specializes in creating an inspiring, unique practice that allows students to build a safe space to feel whole and content in body, mind, and spirit. She completed her 200-hour training at the Maui Yoga Shala in 2014, and her 300-hour training at the Yandara Yoga Institute in 2018. Terra is a Certified Personal Trainer with the National Exercise Trainers Association and is currently studying to be a Somatic Experiencing Professional. She is passionate about continuing her yoga education by being a lifelong student of health and wellness. Terra believes that a powerful yoga practice can be crafted for any individual, regardless of their age, experience or physical ability. By focusing on uniting breath and movement, students will experience a dynamic Vinyasa flow in her classes. The goal is to allow for personal transformation, breath by breath.
Please bring your own mat and props if you'd like to use them, and maintain physical distance between yogis. This class meets in Lindley Park to the east of the Library. Yoga for All is generously supported by the Bozeman Public Library Foundation.
