GVLT Discovery Walk - Intro to Trail Running
Grab your running shoes, weather-appropriate outer layers (t-shirt/tank top, light jacket), shorts or leggings, sunglasses, visor/hat, water bottle or hydration vest/pack, GPS watch/phone, lifelong learner self and a positive attitude.
We will meet at Painted Hills trailhead off of Kagy (just E of Bennett Drive), and go as far as we can for 35-40 minutes and then turn around.
