This workshop will be presented by Seattle-based Retail Strategist Kelly Kost of Downtown Works, who understands that eye-catching, brand-reflective exteriors and window displays attract people to a business, and that thoughtful and engaging interiors keep them there longer (and inspire them to tell others about it!). Kelly has owned and operated retail stores and a restaurant, and as a Downtown Works consultant across the last decade she has worked one-on-one with operators to tweak the experience they offer, resulting in sales increases of 20-30%.
