66th annual Type Directors Club (TDC) Traveling Show
The MSU School of Art is hosting the 66th annual Type Directors Club (TDC) traveling show in the Helen E. Copeland Gallery for two weeks from February 22 to March 5, 2021. This colorful and dynamic exhibition showcases hundreds of award-winning posters, books, and fonts.
Each year the TDC headquarter in New York City, hosts international typography competitions in support of emerging, early career, and world-renowned typographic talents. The winning designs are placed into a collection for a traveling exhibition. After their initial debut at New York’s Cooper Union, the exhibition travels to museums, universities, and design organizations around the US and 50 cities in 20 countries across the globe.
This showing of TDC66 in Bozeman is the first stop on its world tour. The traveling exhibition is organized by the Graphic Design program in the School of Art at Montana State University. The Helen E. Copeland Gallery is located on the second floor of Haynes Hall on the MSU campus and is open Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.
