6 Week Mindful Self Compassion Core Skills Course

This research-based course combines the skills of mindfulness, compassion and self-support to enhance emotional balance and resilience. Based on the nationally acclaimed 8-Week MSC course, this 6-week version will give you the essential tools. Includes a course booklet, instruction, experiential exercises, guided meditations, group discussion, and home practices.
Cost: $185 Base rate, $100 Students/Supportive rate, Scholarships available
