For those just starting out with meditation or anyone who wants a booster shot of instructions, inspiration and communal support. Bring your questions, explore new ways of practicing and build your meditators' tool kit. Everyone welcome. Taught by Suzanne Colón, leader of the Bozeman Insight Community.
Cost: $0-$65 for the class series, sliding scale. Single session rate available.
