Establishing Core Values and Intentions for 2021
We will each clarify and prioritize our individual core values to arrive at five key core values. We will then set intentions for the year using the core values we each established. We will use the Buddha’s teachings on Right Intention to establish these statements, values, and intentions. Beginners and experienced meditators welcome!
