Beat Quarantine Burnout
Join Sarah Baumgartner with Simply Balanced Wellness, LLC to virtually learn simple strategies to decrease stress and increase energy. We are all feeling the fatigue of life with COVID: masks, new school rules (or on-line learning), new rules at work and new norms for how we interact with our friends, family and community. The daily barrage of “new” can make us feel overwhelmed, exhausted and on the verge of burnout.
• Learn about your energy tank and 3 simple tips to implement immediately to keep your tank full throughout the day
• Pin point personal daily stressors and create action items to increase energy • Top 10 foods to eat/avoid to achieve all day energy
• Learn to prioritize what’s most important and how to say “no” without guilt • Learn 5 tips to help children manage stress
• Create a rinse and repeat daily roadmap designed to simplify your day and reduce stress
