Refresh: Healthy Habits for Leaders
This free workshop will focus on strengthening healthy habits that sustain leadership. It takes place on Wednesday, Feb. 26 from 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. with an optional 30 minute yoga class starting at 8:20 a.m. Yoga will be followed by a healthy breakfast bar.
Topics to be covered include the importance of silence, solitude, and reflection, as well as the importance of defining personal character strengths. Attendees will be coached by Marie Nelson, a professional wellness coach from MSU’s Office of Health Advancement alongside Carmen McSpadden, Director of the MSU Leadership Institute. Workshop to follow a yoga session and healthy breakfast bar.
