The workshop will examine community challenges and opportunities in the coming years while looking at growth patterns in each valley location, prices increases, and overall market stability. There will also be a discussion of new construction growth and future predictions based on population and development. Tickets can be purchases here. 

Robyn L. Erlenbush is a third-generation Montanan, who grew up on a cattle and sheep ranch near Baker. Her passions, aside from her active real estate career, include Montana history, writing, photography, music, and travel. She is a strong arts advocate in the Bozeman area and loves all things Montana. She graduated from Arizona State University with a Bachelor of Arts Degree from the College of Integrative Sciences and Arts. Robyn is the broker-owner of ERA Landmark Real Estate. She oversees 4 residential offices in Bozeman, Big Sky, Livingston and Ennis. She is also the owner of NAI Landmark Commercial serving SW Montana. She co-owns Stay Montana, a vacation rental company and Intermountain Property Management. Erlenbush is a featured real estate speaker across Montana and at national conferences including Inman Connect, National Association of Realtors, ERA International Business Conferences and NAI Global Leadership Summit.
