Brandenburg Concertos

Baroque Music Montana presents the complete collection of the remarkably varied Brandenburg Concerto's of J.S. Bach, featuring outstanding local musicians. Led by violinist Carrie Krause, the program also features Sue and Megan Makeever, flutes, Mike Nelson, horn, Matthew O'Sullivan, harpsichord, Sarah Stoneback, trumpet, Anna Jesaitis and Mary Landeen, violas, and others. Refreshments served. This performance is predicated by a lecture preview on Nov 9 at 7:30 at the Cikan House, which will deliver intriguing context and performance considerations of these beloved staples of our repertoire.
