Ending Bias, Bigotry, and Racism Workshop
The Montana Racial Equity Project presents its popular workshop - Ending Bias, Bigotry, and Racism: Skills & Strategies You Can Use. This workshop will enable you to develop skills and strategies to dismantle racism. You’ll learn key terms, history, your racial and cultural lens, and communication methods. You’ll also develop the ability and equanimity to recognize and deal with racism, bigotry and prejudice whenever encountered.
*$80 Early Bird Registration by Sep. 26
*$100 Regular Registration by Oct. 24
*$125 Late Registration ending Nov. 10 (if not already full)
*Appropriate for age 15 and above.
*Teachers attending this full workshop will receive 8 renewal units from the Montana OPI
*Lunch, coffee, tea, water, and snacks provided.
*TWO BIPOC (Black, Indigenous, Person of Color) full scholarships are available. TWO needs-based half scholarships are also available. Contact info@themtrep.org to be approved for the half-scholarships before purchasing a ticket.
