Region 3 of Montana Fish, Wildlife & Parks will host two open houses this month to take public comments that could result in future changes and improvements to Montana’s fishing regulations.

 

The first open house will be held on Aug. 26 at FWP’s regional headquarters in Bozeman, 1400 S. 19^th Ave. The second will be on Aug. 29 at the Comfort Inn in Butte, 2777 Harrison Ave. Both meetings will begin at 6 p.m.

 

Public comment is important and may result in modifications to proposed regulations by FWP. The Fish and Wildlife Commission will take public comment into consideration during the decision-making process at its October meeting.
