Free Tax Assistance
Free Tax Assistance at the Bozeman Public Library
Free tax help provided by certified volunteers is available to assist low or moderate income taxpayers complete basic tax returns for Federal and State taxes. These trained volunteers can help with earned income credit, child tax credit, education credits, and homeowner/renter credit. All ages are welcome for tax assistance!
This service is offered by appointment on Tuesdays during tax season from February 5 - April 16 in the Conference Room, from 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM. Appointments are required and can be made by calling (406) 586-6641 or (406) 587-8666. This service is sponsored by AARP Tax Aid.
