Self-Care Sunday with Gloria Overcash & Lauren King
Monthly mini-retreat series. January features Gloria Overcash (Ravi Inder Kaur) leading all-level Kundalini yoga, meditation and gong with the theme of Letting Go of Fear. Lauren King will also teach a DIY workshop on making your own bath bombs, bath melts and shower melts (students make & take home samples). Wine/tea/apps potluck & socializing.
