Fresh Italian Summer Favorites Cooking Class with Blackbird Kitchen

Chef Kenan Anderson of Blackbird Kitchen presents the second of Fork & Spoon’s series of community guest-run, hands-on cooking classes. Join us on Saturday, June 23 to learn to prepare and enjoy an authentic, handmade meal of Italian summer classics. Our menu this evening will include: • Kale Caesar Salad • Pea Pesto and Radish Crostini • Handmade Ricotta Ravioli with Asparagus and Mushroom • Risotto, Salsa Verde and Flank Steak • Coffee Gelato with Coffee Staciatella The evening will include a hands-on cooking class, delicious family-style Italian meal, and a recipe packet to take home. Our custom Fork & Spoon aprons are also available for sale. Join us for a fun evening of food, friends, music and stories. We will cap registration at 12 participants, so reserve your spot early! Please indicate whether we need to accommodate for any food allergies. All proceeds from this event go directly to Fork & Spoon Homestyle Kitchen, Montana’s only social enterprise restaurant.
