A Taste of the Caribbean
Join Fork & Spoon and Claudia’s Mesa for a hands-on cooking class, family-style dinner, and complimentary roasted pineapple margaritas! On the evening of Saturday, April 28, Fork & Spoon and Claudia’s Mesa are partnering to host a unique Colombian cuisine opportunity. Claudia Krevat, Fork & Spoon guest chef and a native of Colombia, will be teaching a hands on cooking class focusing on the Caribbean region of Colombia.
Enjoy a fun evening of food, friends, music and stories. We will cap registration at 12 participants, so reserve your spot early! Tickets are $70 and can be purchased at tasteofthecaribbean.eventbrite.com. Please indicate whether we need to accommodate for any food allergies.
Our menu will include Empanadas; Avocado, Leek & Mango Salad; Coconut Rice; Pork Tenderloin with Mojo Sauce; Fried Plantains; Casa Galofre Pound Cake with Coffee; Roasted Pineapple Margaritas (21+).
All proceeds from this event go directly to Fork & Spoon Homestyle Kitchen, Montana’s only social enterprise restaurant.
