MSU Top Chef Champions Host Ethiopian Themed Guest Chef Dinner at Fork & Spoon

Top Chef champions of MSU’s Around the World culinary class will prepare and serve their winning meal inspired by traditional Ethiopian cuisine. The menu will include sambussas (dough pockets stuffed with spiced lentils), and an Ethiopian plate with doro wat (spicy chicken & onions), kik alicha (spicy mung beans), cottage cheese, green salad, and traditional injera bread. For dessert, enjoy vanilla ice cream topped with chocolate mocha sauce!

Cost: Pay What You Can; Suggested Price $8 per person
