Up Next Focus Group
As MNA develops and launches our Next Generation (Next Gen) Leadership Initiative, we want to hear from you. We will be hosting Next Gen focus groups in Helena, Anaconda, Missoula, Hamilton, Bozeman, Red Lodge, Billings, and Kalispell. Focus groups are open to current nonprofit board members, volunteers and staff, as well as “Next Gen” men and women in the community who are interested in increasing their engagement with nonprofits but are unsure how to do so.
The focus groups will give MNA a deeper understanding of the extent to which nonprofits in your community are discussing and/or taking steps to increase Next Gen leadership, the unique challenges you face, and what has/has not worked to increase your engagement with the Next Gen audience. From Next Gen individuals interested in nonprofit volunteerism, board leadership, or employment, MNA wants to learn about your experiences trying to connect with nonprofits, what has/has not worked, and what steps nonprofits could take to help you engage successfully with them.
MNA’s training program, tools, and online resources are based in research and best practices; they are also informed by your “boots on the ground” experiences. Join MNA for a focus group in your community to help us answer these questions and more.
Please note: We are meeting over lunch hour and invite you to bring your own brown bag lunch to enjoy during the focus group.
