Live and Let Livingston monthly vegan food potluck
Live and Let Livingston says “Kale, Yeah!” with cookbook author JL Fields & Air Fryer Give-Away! The monthly Live and Let Livingston Vegan Food Potluck will take place at the Park County Senior Center, 206 South Main Street, on Sunday, August 13 at 4:30pm. Everyone is welcome; attendees don’t have to be vegan - but the food does. The (always optional) theme this month will be Kale, and the 4:45pm recipe demo will feature cookbook author and culinary instructor JL Fields, who will also give a presentation after the potluck, at 6pm. One lucky attendee will win the air fryer used, at the end of the event! Potluck attendees are asked to bring a 100% plant-based dish free of flesh, eggs, animal-derived dairy, honey, and gelatin. JL Fields is on tour with her new book, The Vegan Air Fryer: The Healthier Way to Enjoy Deep-Fried Flavors. She’s a vegan lifestyle coach & educator, and host of the weekly radio program “Easy Vegan”. JLgoesVegan.com
