Matt flew “Seahawk” helicopters as an active duty naval officer on multiple deployments to the Persian Gulf, Mediterranean Sea, Horn of Africa, Caribbean, South America and North Atlantic in support of Carrier Strike Group Operations, Anti-Piracy operations and Counter-Narcotics Operations. A graduate of Gonzaga University’s Masters of Organizational Leadership Program, Matt is an expert in a wide variety of leadership styles and knows how to work in both heavily structured and unstructured environments. Join us as Matt describes how he’s used creative leadership in his military service and as a medical pilot today. 406 Creatives is a morning lecture series in Montana that brings local creative professionals together for a quick hit of inspiration every month. Each event includes a short talk from a local creative professional with time for audience questions and socializing afterwards. Each lecture is free and open to anyone.
