27th Annual Depot Railroad Swap Meet
The Livingston Depot Center and Livingston Model Railroaders have announced the twenty-seventh annual Railroad Swap Meet will be held Saturday, April 29, 2017, from 9:00 to 2:00. The Depot, once the historic Northern Pacific railroad station in downtown Livingston, hosts a museum during the summer and a variety of community cultural events throughout the off-season. Interested presenters who have not already done so can reach the Depot directly before all spaces are taken. The Swap Meet is a traditional get-together for railroad enthusiasts and exhibitors from all around the western region. Vendors and swappers set out railroad antiques, memorabilia, collectibles, books, photos, documents, model train cars, tools, and nearly anything with a railroad theme. The model railroaders will be operating their tracks in a variety of gauges and may feature additional displays specially for the event. Admission is a $1 donation to the Depot, and kids under 10 are free. For more information, contact the Livingston Depot Center at (406) 222-2300.
