Amy Adams Breaks Bad in 'Nocturnal Animals'
From fashion designer turned writer/director Tom Ford (A Single Man) comes a haunting romantic thriller of shocking intimacy and gripping tension that explores the thin lines between love and cruelty, revenge and redemption. Winner of a Golden Globe, as well as the Grand Jury Prize at the 2016 Venice International Film Festival, Academy Award nominees Amy Adams and Jake Gyllenhaal star as a divorced couple discovering dark truths about each other and themselves in Nocturnal Animals. Rolling Stone film critic Peter Traverse writes; “Tom Ford hits it out of the park with a stunning film noir that resonates with ghostly, poetic terror. Don't overthink what Ford has so cunningly crafted. Surrender to it.”
Also starring Michael Shannon, Laura Linney, Aaron Taylor-Johnson and Ellie Bamber, the film is rated R (for violence, menace, graphic nudity and profanity), and runs 115 minutes. Closed captioning and descriptive narration will be available. Doors open at 6:30 pm (come early for concessions at 6 pm); the show begins at 7 pm.
