Cory Leone Johnson is a Singer/Songwriter born and raised in Oklahoma, But has been in Nashville most of the last two decades. He is a seasoned songwriter and vocalist and has written with some of Nashville's finest penmen. Influenced by great artist such as, Merle Haggard, George Strait and writers like Dean Dillon, Tony Lane, James Dean Hicks and many others. Cory holds to his traditional writing style in an ever changing world of music. But his style really is all his own. You can hear him and his influences in each of his songs. Cory now resides in the great state of Montana and is Co-Founder and Coordinator of the Red Lodge Songwriter Festival and heads up Red Lodge Writers in the Round. Where he hosts weekly shows of mostly Montana and Wyoming up and coming local writers. and has a radio show on musicranchradio.com called, "ALL ABOUT THE COUNTRY" where he searches out independent and up and coming country artist and gives them a chance to get heard.
