Tommy Donovan grew up near the Amalgamated Housing by Van Cortlandt Park, and attended De Witt Clinton High School in the Bronx. Out of the tumultuous and formative spirit of the early 60's, he finally left the Bronx and spent a few decades in nomadic pursuit of the perfect physical and personal inner geography. He finally found his true home in Montana, where he now lives with his life-partner, Dr. Kim Colvin, and their dog Rusty. Tommy holds a doctorate in psychology and teaches at Montana State University.
