Join MSU Asst. Professor David Henderson as he leads a live televised conversation with world-renowned writer, speaker and activist, Parker J. Palmer to discuss his latest book, Healing the Heart of Democracy. This timely topic will help us all consider a more appropriate manner to state our passion in political discussions. Insight into the 5 Habits of the Heart will help us grow in our professional. private and public lives. Palmer is the founder of the Center for Courage & Renewal and an active leader on issues in education, community, leadership and social change. There will be time for Q&A. Dinner and a social hour precede the evening's discussion.
