September 25 (3-5pm) & September 29 (6-9pm) -- Living Library in the Community Room: Modeled after the Human Library, this program is designed to promote dialogue, reduce prejudices, and encourage understanding. People can "check out" a community member for 15 minutes of Q&A. The Living Library hopes to dispel stereotypes by challenging the most common prejudices in a positive manner, as well as open eyes to some of the difficulties faced by our public servants.
